Inspiring Alliance is setting out on a 42-day event to pay honor and tribute to our brave men and women who defend this great country's freedom. Our Because We Care Journey Across America For Veterans is scheduled to run from from Memorial Day through July 4, with a total of nearly 5,000 miles driven across 25 states as we set out to connect with as many of our nation's military service members and veterans as possible in this shoft time period.

Our first objective of the "Because We Care" tour is to honor our service members and veterans for the years they have spent defending this country's freedom.

Our second objective is to provide a copy of our Because We Care Program Guide to men and women in our audience at 42 military bases, 3 military hospitals and those in attendance at the 36 community events being sponsored in major metropolitan cities across the United States. This Guide contains information on the 500+ programs hosted on our web site that we refer service members to. We want everyone to have a reference guide available in times of difficulty or challenge, or when they do not have direct acces to draw this information from the Internet.

Another objective will be to encourage participation in our "Help Us Improve Our Program" survey - a mechanism that will allow each service member and veteran to TELL US what they really need in the way of long-term support from Inspiring Alliance to help them achieve the greatest level of independence possible.

As with any event of this magnitude, there is a cost associated with our cause to support our country's brave men and women. There are a number of ways you can help in sponsoring "Because We Care"... - from the purchase of one of our 24 corporate tour bus logos, which are selling fast, to full-page advertising in our "Because We Care" Program Guide, an 8.5" x 11" printed guide that will be distributed - 50,000 copies in all - to businesses and individuals along our tour route.

Our route of travel will take us west across the United states from the USS Intrepid, New York City - through Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. From there we head through the central states of Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming and Utah before our 11 stops are made in California.

From southern California we'll host a ceremony in Las Vegas before entertaining a brief layover in Scottsdale to catch up to events that transpire during the first half of our tour. Then it's back on the road to visit Luke AFB before traveling on through New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Mississipi, Alabama and Florida. Then -- we head north through Georgia, South and North Carolina and Virginia. The last leg of our tour will be a 4-day stay in Washington, DC, where we will visit several locations and host time with government officials..

Because we understand the sacrifices our soldiers and their families make who are engaged in military service at some level, we want them to know Inspiring Alliance exists, not just for the service we provide our Wounded Warriors, but to provide support to "any and all" military personnel by providing qualified transitional programs that are presented by organizations that maintain a high level of fiduciary responsibility to our service members..
